Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho dismissed questions about starting Dele All on the bench for defeat at Chelsea.

Alli didn't come on until late as Spurs lost 2-1 on Saturday.

Mourinho was later asked why Alli didn't start, but instead took aim at the question.

"I am not sure that all coaches in the Premier League will be asked this question when they leave a player out," he replied.

"For other coaches it seems like a normal thing, when it is me doing it, it is always a big story."
