Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is convinced by the potential of Oliver Skipp.
The youngster has progressed throughout the Spurs ranks, and is set to be given a major role under Mourinho.
Skipp has been identified as a long-term star in Tottenham's starting XI.
He's featured in Spurs' Under-18s and Under-23s teams throughout his youth career.
The midfielder has also been part of the UEFA Youth League side for the past three seasons.
Skipp will now be handed a key role in the Tottenham first-team, according to Football Insider.
The youngster has already made four Premier League appearances this season.
