Tottenham boss Mourinho aims for busy summer market

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho aims to be busy this summer market.

The London Evening Standard says Mourinho has put a defensive midfielder and a right-back at the top of his wanted list as he gears up for the summer transfer window. Mourinho is targeting Southampton's Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg after agreeing to let Eric Dier drop into defence.

He's in the market for a new full-back too, with Serge Aurier and Kyle Walker-Peters both potentially set to leave north London.

Aurier, who did not train on Monday and has been given compassionate leave after his brother Christopher was shot dead in Toulouse, is expected to push for a move away from Tottenham.

The Ivory Coast international has two years to run on his current contract and is not interested in putting pen to paper on fresh terms.
