Tottenham are eyeing Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
The Daily Star says Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas will turn to Inter Milan keeper Julio Cesar if he is unable to complete a deal for Lyon's Hugo Lloris.
Although 32-year-old Cesar is an older target than would be ideal for chairman Daniel Levy, he would be a much cheaper option than France international Lloris.
The Brazil international has been told he is no longer wanted at the San Siro after Inter signed Samir Handanovic earlier this month.
By contrast, Spurs have been quoted a fee of £16million if they want to pursue their interest in Lloris.
