Tottenham are chasing Everton contract rebel Steven Pienaar.
The News of the World says Everton boss David Moyes now faces losing him to Spurs as Pienaar stalls on a new contract at Goodison Park.
"I'm happy to sign a new one but it has to be right and fair," says Pienaar.
"The only difference I've had with the club has been over what's right."
It would be right and fair if Pienaar agreed to take a weekly wage estimated in the £60,000 bracket in recognition of what the club and Moyes have done for him.
