Tottenham are lining up a £3 million bid for Charlton Athletic whizkid Jonjo Shelvey.
The Mirror says Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has already sent his assistant Kevin Bond to check on midfielder Shelvey, who is set to leave crisis club Charlton.
But Newcastle and Fulham are also tracking Shelvey, 17.
