Three London clubs - Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham - are attempting to organise a mini-tournament during pre-season.
All three clubs are regretful about their participation in the ill-fated and short-lived European Super League, per the Daily Mail.
The clubs are thinking about hosting such a mini tournament as opposed to their usual pre-season tours, as a way to improve their reputations with local fans.
Given COVID-19 restrictions and the fact stadiums will be near capacity in the UK by the time pre-season rolls around, the clubs hope a tournament featuring London's best teams would excite supporters.
The tournament would also help raise money for charity.
