Tottenham are being linked with departing Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann.

Nagelsmann is expected to be sacked by Bayern today.

vFormer Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is reportedly the frontrunner to replace Nagelsmann, and his first match will be against Dortmund, who he previously managed.

News of Tuchel's appointment will be a blow to Tottenham, who are expected to soon be on the lookout for a new head coach of their own.

Antonio Conte is widely expected to be sacked during the international break, and coach Ryan Mason has been tipped to take over on an interim basis. Tuchel is on Spurs' list of possible permanent replacements for Conte.

However, Naglesmann will also be of interest to Tottenham, says the London Evening Standard. The former RB Leipzig manager was among the names shortlisted to replace Jose Mourinho in 2021 before he was appointed by Bayern and his reputation is suffered little despite his imminent sacking.
