Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a deal for Real Betis midfielder Giovanni Lo Celso.

Sky Sports says Betis have accepted an initial fee of £55m.

The Argentina international is expected to travel to London on Thursday to complete the transfer.

The Andalusian club did not include the 23-year-old in their squad for a friendly against Las Palmas on Wednesday night.

Spurs are still working on deals for Ryan Sessegnon, Bruno Fernandes and Paulo Dybala.
