Tottenham ace Harry Kane admits his time on-loan at Leicester City had him considering his future in the game.

When Kane was sent on loan to Leicester in 2013, he couldn't see a positive future for himself in football.

"The time in Leicester was the toughest in my career. I did not play, and when you as a youngster do not get playing time in the league, you wonder if you will ever play for Tottenham in the Champions League," Kane told T2.

"Hard work and faith have brought me here. It has gone really fast because it feels like I was sitting on Leicester's bench yesterday. But it goes fast, so you just have to enjoy it and make the best of it."
