Torpedo Moscow coach Sergei Ignashevich was an interested spectator at Anfield in midweek.

The Russian great took in Liverpool's 5-2 thrashing of Everton - which marked the final game of Marco Silva before the Blues boss was sacked.

Ignashevich took charge of Torpedo over the summer after their promotion to Russia's Football National League.

Before his move to Torpedo, the 39 year-old was working as U21 chief with CSKA Moscow.

Former defender Ignashevich boasts 127 caps with Russia.
