Torino are eyeing Watford midfielder Roberto Pereyra.
The Watford Observer says reports in Italy state the two clubs have been in talks for some time and Watford were originally holding out for a fee in the region of €30m.
Watford are believed to have lowered that figure considerably but the two clubs are yet to agree on a price for the 27-year-old.
The potential move would see the Argentine link up with Walter Mazzarri, who brought him the Vicarage Road in the summer of 2016.
