Torino president Urbano Cairo is locked in talks with Inter Milan this week over Alen Stevanovic.
The winger has been starring on-loan at Toro this season and Cairo is eager to extend the deal into next term.
An outright sale hasn't been ruled out in early negotiations, says TMW.
