The agent of Juventus defender Daniele Rugani admits he turned down an offer from AC Milan.

Rugani recently penned new terms with Juve.

Davide Torchia revealed: “A player must never rest on his laurels and Daniele certainly does not.

“It might've been easier for him to play regularly at Milan, but there will always be competition in the Bianconeri squad. For example, if you've got Giorgio Chiellini in front of you, it's difficult to be a first choice.

“Rugani decided to stay at a big club like Juventus, but there's the risk of lacking consistency."
