West Ham youngster Domingos Quina is being monitored by a number of top Premier League clubs including Arsenal, according to Sky sources, after a series of eye-catching performances at the U19 Euros in Georgia.
Sky Sports News understands Arsenal offered a contract to the 17 year old before he joined West Ham and remain keen on the talented youngster.
