Dele Alli has been rated as the best young player in Europe by the Daily Mail.
The Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder is the top footballer under the age of 23 after starring at club level and impressing for England over the past 12 months.
The Mail says Alli is rightly being closely watched by the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona: “It's not a joke to suggest he already belongs at that level.
“Spurs will have to fend off the vultures in the summer.
“England have not had many players like Alli in their recent past.
“How good can Alli be? It's hard to say.
“Careers can drop in an instant. But if he continues along his upward curve then the sky genuinely is the limit."
Manchester City trio Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling also feature in the Top 10, along with highly-rated AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, AS Monaco's budding striker Kylian Mbappe and a selection other top talents from around the continent.
