Italy World Cup winner Luca Toni says Arek Milik and Dusan Vlahovic can play in the same team.

Toni insists Vlahovic shouldn't feel threatened by the Pole's arrival.

He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Milik is an important player and an added value for Juve, who knows how to play for himself and for the team, and for Vlahovic it must be a stimulus to improve, to grow, to make that leap in quality essential to enter among the top of Europe.

"It is inevitable that he is also a rival, but it is good for Vlahovic: competition in a great team is a normal and necessary condition. When I was playing at Bayern there were Klose, Podolski, Mario Gomez, who gave me a great push to improve.

"Now it's up to Vlahovic to prove that he is the strongest. Playing together? Yes, although they have similar characteristics and this still makes them antagonistic.

"There are players who suffer less from this type of rivalry or in any case need little time to make the leap in quality, others instead who struggle more or prefer to have the place assured. If you play in a less ambitious team than Juve you have less competition, in Juve instead you have to turn around and prove to be stronger, even of very good players."
