West Ham United defender James Tomkins is eagerly anticipating for the Europa League qualifier on Thursday as the club return to Europe for the first time in nine years.
Centre-backTomkins will captain the Hammers against Andorran minnows FC Lusitans in front of a sold-out crowd of 35,000 at the Boleyn Ground.
Several youngsters, including 16-year old Reece Oxford, are also expected to be given a run alongside first-team players such as Joey O'Brien, Tomkins, Matt Jarvis, Mauro Zarate and Diafra Sakho.
Tomkins said: "It's going to be electric. For those youngsters it's a whole new experience.
To get that competitiveness in so early is brilliant. For the youngsters to play in such a big game is massive for their development."
