Tom Dele-Bashiru is considering his future at Manchester City.

The Mirror says the 19-year-old, who has come through the youth ranks, is at an impasse over a new deal – and it is unlikely he will put pen-to-paper.

That will leave the door open for him to make a move away from the Premier League champions – although the club will receive compensation.

It has been a source of angst at the Etihad that both Jadon Sancho and Brahim Diaz both sought to further their careers away from Manchester.

But the comparison with Dele-Bashiru is familiar as they too refused to commit to an improved contract.
