Chelsea forward Timo Werner has responded to a fan who told him to leave the club.
The German attacker has not enjoyed the best of time, on a personal level, since arriving at the club from RB Leipzig last summer.
He did, however, help the Blues win the Champions League last term.
Werner had six league goals last term, despite having an xG of 13.43.
The German copped abuse from a Chelsea fan during an open training session at Stamford Bridge.
Most fans responded angrily to the abuse, and Werner has thanked them for the support.
Werner spoke on Twitter, posting a picture with his teammates with the caption: "Thanks for all the love and support I received today, Blues Fans! Really appreciate it."
