Bournemouth got themselves back to the Premier League thanks to a 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.
The Cherries are a top flight club again, as they secured promotion from the Championship with a game to spare.
Red hot Forest were the more likely team to score for much of the contest at Bournemouth.
However, they could not take their chances, and the Cherries grabbed a second half goal through Kieffer Moore.
They are second in the table with 85 points from 45 games, and cannot be caught, as Forest and Huddersfield have 79 points from 45 matches respectively.
Fulham are the Championship winners, while Sheffield United, Luton, Middlesbrough, and Millwall are battling for the final two playoff spots behind Forest and Huddersfield.
