Ten Hag, Potter on Tottenham five-man shortlist to replace Mourinho

Tottenham are drawing up a shortlist of names to succeed sacked manager Jose Mourinho.

Chairman Daniel Levy is leading the search for the team's next permanent head coach, with Ryan Mason in charge of the team until the end of this season.

According to the Daily Express, there are five names on the current shortlist that Levy has drawn up.

The possibilities include RB Leipzig boss Julian Naglesmann, Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers, Ajax's Erik ten Hag, Brighton's Graham Potter, and former Juventus boss Massimiliano Allergi.

Spurs want a manager that plays progressive, attack-minded and possession-based football, essentially the opposite of former manager Mourinho.
