SC Telstar boss Andries Jonker is delighted over their developing partnership with Norwich City.

The former Arsenal academy chief believes the fact Daniel Adshead and Sebastian Soto are training with the club is a sign of the trust Norwich City have with his side.

Jonker said, “(Dan) Adshead is regarded as a very big talent at Norwich.

“Norwich now need to decide whether they want him to play another season in the under-23s, in which they don't play on the highest level and which is regarded as kind of a glorified youth league, or have him play first-team football on the Dutch second level, of which Norwich is familiar with after loaning out Charlie Gilmour last season."

He also told NH Sport: “The cooperation with Norwich is going very well and there is trust from Norwich in the way things are done here at Telstar.

“It was initiated by Norwich to send over Adshead, they said 'are you interested to get him involved at Telstar this season, it's something we are happy to see happen'."
