Charlie Taylor is backing his fellow left back Stephen Ward to bounce back as his tenure with Burnley comes to an end.
The 33-year-old only played 11 times this season. He had spent the past five seasons at the Turf Moor club.
However, he will now move on to pastures new after his contract expires.
Taylor, who took his place in the team, has backed Ward to land on his feet.
"He's a top pro and more than anything, a top guy as well who is great off the pitch," said Taylor to reporters.
"I wish him all the best, I'm good mates with him and I'm sure he'll have no problems finding another club."
