Former Juventus midfielder Alessio Tacchinardi is backing a Lazio move for Barcelona outcast Philippe Coutinho.

Barca are seeking a new club for Coutinho.

"He is not the same player we saw all those years ago at Inter, but he has more confidence now and loves to play wide," Tacchinardi told TMW Radio.

“Coutinho can form a great combination with Luis Alberto down the left channel."

Coutinho is available from Barca, having managed just 14 appearances last season.
