Swansea City are eyeing ADO Den Haag pair Christiaan Kum and Jens Toornstra.

Swans boss Brendan Rodgers had scouts check on the defensive pair in action against NAC Breda last week.

Den Haag are keen on talks with Swansea over not only the sales of Kum and Toornstra, but also a potential long-term strategic partnership.

The Dutch club hope to discuss taking some Swans fringe players on-loan in January.
