Swansea City striker Ollie McBurnie is ready to join Aston Villa next month.

The 21-year-old appeared to confirm a loan move to the Championship club next month in an alleged message to a fan on Instagram.

An image of McBurnie's interaction with the fan on Instagram has been doing the rounds on fellow social media site Twitter.

Instagram user matty.w04 posted a message which read: “Join Villa."

To which McBurnie allegedly replied: “I am."
