Swansea City striker Michu admits his injury problems have hit his confidence.
Michu was back for this week's 2-2 draw at Arsenal.
"It has not been good for me this season. It is the worst feeling for a player when you are out and you cannot help so of course it has been very, very hard, but now I am happy I can help the team do what we want to do.
"It was good to get that first start and I was very happy to do that because I think I am getting better
"It hasn't been a good season for me because of the injuries, sometimes that is the luck, but now I am very happy because I am back and I am always happiest when I am on the pitch.
"I have been injured but now you can see my smile because I am a player so I want to play, I want to help."
