Swansea City striker Leroy Lita is anxious to make up for lost time on-loan at Brighton.
Lita admits he was frustrated at Swansea.
He said: "It was a frustrating period before I came here. You can't get match-sharpness when you aren't playing in any matches.
"I'm only 28 and am still an ambitious player. This is a club which wants to push on and I'd like to be a part of that."
