Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis is keeping Galatasaray waiting on accepting their offer.
RMC says Gomis is hoping Marseille make a counter proposal as he'd prefer to return to the French club after last season's successful loan.
Gala have offered Gomis a three-year contract worth €4m-a-year, plus a €1.5m signing-on bonus. In contrast, OM are offering a two-year deal worth €3m-a-year.
Gomis' reps are pushing OM to up their bid as it is the player's preferred option.
However, OM's hands are tied after shelling out for Patrice Evra and Dimitri Payet earlier this year.
