Swansea City captain Ashley Williams has given his backing to under-fire manager Garry Monk.
A run of just one win in nine league games has put Monk's job under threat, and recent reports indicate that the board of the Welsh club is considering his future following the 2-2 draw with Bournemouth on the weekend.
But Williams insists that the dressing room is still right behind Monk: "This is me coming out and backing the manager officially because we have not done that enough.
"It's not a conscious thing that we feel we have to, because he knows we do.
"The dressing room is united and we are just trying to do it for him as well as ourselves because we can see how hard the manager and his staff work."
