Swansea City have made it clear that defender Ashley Williams will not be leaving the club this summer.
The 26-year old Swans centre-half has attracted interest from fellow promotion winners QPR but chairman Huw Jenkins says there will be no sale.
"We haven't had any bids for Ashley Williams. We're not selling Ashley Williams," Jenkins said to BBC Wales.
"I think we mustn't forget really that there's a lot of speculation about players like Neil Taylor, Ashley or a few others.
"Agents in this day and age do, rightly or wrongly, get things out in the press, maybe a negotiation tactic to get more wages, bigger contracts."
