FC Utrecht goalkeeper Robbin Ruiter is attracting interest from Swansea City and Newcastle United.
The Daily Star says the two clubs have been among a host of Premier League clubs keeping tabs on the 6ft 5ins stopper from Holland.
But Utrecht have had an offer from another Dutch side - believed to be AZ Alkmaar - and are now waiting for a club from the Premier League to match their £3m valuation.
