Swansea midfielder Ki Sung-yeung targets Cup final hat-trick

Swansea City midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng hopes to continue his Cup record tonight against Liverpool.

Ki wants to move a step closer to a Capital One Cup final hat-trick and make big headlines back home in South Korea by beating Liverpool on tonight.

He has played in the last two League Cup finals, on the winning side in 2013 and for a losing Sunderland team while on loan at the Stadium of Light last season, and would love to make it three in a row this term.

"It was fabulous there two years ago, it was the same time of the competition in October so we are definitely looking forward to playing one of the big teams in England," Ki said.

"I'd love to go to Wembley three years in a row if I can. It's going to be tough because they have some quality players but I just want to enjoy this competition and with the players here we have a chance."
