Swansea midfielder Tom Carroll says it will feel "strange" to face former club Tottenham for the first time since he left White Hart Lane, reports the London Evening Standard.
But the midfielder is adamant there will be no room for sentiment, despite the fact he is still in regular contact with some of his former team-mates via a popular instant messaging service.
"It will be strange playing against Spurs as I had been there since I was eight," he told Swansea's official website.
"I obviously know the players and staff very well. I'm still in a WhatsApp group among the players.
"It's a game I'm really looking forward to. But all that matters is getting three points.
"A win would be a big boost, though we're well aware how tough it will be."
