Swansea City are preparing to table an £8million bid for Leeds United winger Sam Byram in the January transfer window.
The Mirror is reporting Swansea manager Garry Monk has pinpointed the 22-year-old as a priority transfer target after Byram turned down the opportunity to re-sign with Leeds.
Byram is also understood to be the subject of interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton, while Southampton have already had a bid for the right-sided player knocked back.
Swansea see Byram as a replacement for Nathan Dyer, who joined Leicester on a season-long loan.
