Tottenham defender Cameron Carter-Vickers is on the brink of signing for Swansea City.
WalesOnline says Swansea are closing in on the signing of Carter-Vickers on a season-long loan.
The Swans were linked with the 20-year-old earlier this week and the Welsh club are increasingly confident of completing a move for the United States international, who was born in Southend-on Sea and joined the Spurs academy at the age of 11.
There had been interest from other clubs in the Championship, as well as in the MLS, but the Swans look to have won the race for his services.
Carter-Vickers, 20, has made four first-team appearances for Spurs, two apiece coming in the League Cup and the FA Cup during the 2016-17 season.
