Swansea City are closing on a deal for QPR midfielder Leroy Fer.
Sky Sports says Swans have agreed a fee of £4.75m with QPR to sign Fer.
And Swansea are also close to completing the signing of Mike van der Hoorn from Ajax.
Sky Sports says the defender is due in the UK tomorrow to complete his medical ahead of a £2m move.
