Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup aims to discipline Chico Flores after his play-acting which saw Andy Carroll sent off on Saturday.
The West Ham United striker saw red during their 2-0 win after a clash with Flores.
"I will see it more times and I will talk to him if I see that his reaction was over-reacting, then of course I will speak to him," said Laudrup.
"Will he change? I don't know. We are what we are, we don't change our personality, we have our good sides and we have our less in certain situations. But that doesn't change.
"Sometimes, if we see something wrong, if I see something wrong that you have done, I can talk to you. It doesn't mean I want to change you completely from how you are."
