Swansea City manager Graham Potter has emerged as an early favourite for the Brighton job after the dismissal of Chris Hughton today.

Potter is as short as 1/8 with Betfair and 1/3 with Sky Bet, having guided Swansea to 10th in the Championship despite tightening financial constraints at the Welsh club.

Potter made his name in management with Ostersunds in Sweden, who he guided to three promotions and the national cup, qualifying for the Europa League.

Also linked with the job is former PSG coach Laurent Blanc and England Womens coach and former Everton captain Phil Neville.
