Swansea have received no contact from Leicester amid speculation linking Paulo Sousa with the vacant managerial post at the Walkers Stadium. Sousa is the early frontrunner to replace Nigel Pearson, who left Leicester on Tuesday to take over at Championship rivals Hull.
But Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has played down the reports.
"I have never had a letter, an email or a phone call from anybody at Leicester," Jenkins told the Evening Post. "There hasn't been any contact and I have got no idea whether they are interested in Paulo.
"I am not commenting on speculation. I have had a meeting with Paulo and he is concentrating on Swansea City."
