Swansea City are set to sign Tottenham defender Steve Caulker on-loan.
Norwich City are also chasing the England U21 international.
But talkSPORT says the defender, who impressed on loan at Bristol City last season, is keen to test himself in the Premier League and will join the Swans on a season-long loan.
Swans boss Brendan Rodgers has already added striker Danny Graham from Watford to his squad, and will look to replace midfielder Darren Pratley, who is set to join Bolton.
