Swansea City attacker Daniel James is on the brink of signing for Manchester United.

The youngster arrived at Carrington for his medical on Thursday morning and will finalise the deal later today.

James will complete a £15m move to Old Trafford and become Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first signing.

Monaco had made a late move for the Welshman while there was also interest from Everton and Leicester, but he had his heart set on a move to United.

He will complete the transfer on Thursday before travelling with the Wales squad to Croatia.
