Surman will wait until end of Bournemouth loan before deciding Norwich future

Norwich midfielder Andrew Surman will wait until the summer before making a decision on his future, as he sees out a season long loan spell at Championship Bournemouth. A change in management at Carrow Road, and with a year still to run on his current contract, means there could still be a part for Surman to play with the Canaries, but the 27-year-old midfielder admits he is unsure over his future.

He told the Bournemouth Echo: "I am not exactly sure, if I am being honest. I think it is something which is going to have to wait until the summer.

"I am fully focused on what is happening here at the moment. We have five games left and I am concentrating my efforts on those.

"I know I am not going back to Norwich between now and the end of the season so I want to see out the season here, do as well as I can and then assess the situation in the summer.

"I've got a year left at Norwich so a lot will depend on what happens there. I will discuss my options at the end of the season and see what happens."
