SUPERCLASICO: Brazil will 'feel the loss' of Neymar in Melbourne says Argentina boss Sampaoli

Argentina boss Jorge Sampaoli believes the loss of Neymar will affect Brazil in their 'Superclasico' clash in Melbourne on Friday night.

The Selecao will host their old rivals on the Cheverolet Global Tour at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in front of over 95,000 people.

Despite the loss of their talisman, Brazil still boast stars such as Philippe Coutinho, Gabriel Jesus and Douglas Costa, which has not bypassed Sampaoli, who takes charge of Argentina for the first time.

"He is a very important player and definitely he is one of the best players in the world, so Brazil are going to feel the loss," Sampaoli said at the pre-match press conference.

"However, Brazil have very good players that are able to pick up the performance of the team and also perform very well without him."
