Super agent Mino Raiola says Italian football needs a complete overhaul.
Raiola laments that Italy will not play in this year's World Cup.
He told RMC: "I think we need intelligence, it's what's missing, so the situation is still difficult.
"If there's still (Carlo) Tavecchio around, we're not a serious country, but every country has the king it deserves, without clear ideas you do not go far, you need a revolution, it's not just the fault of the federation.
"We have not even reached the World Cup.
"We need to copy the German project, and in five or six years we will find our way back."
