Suning have ended sale talks with BC Partners over Inter Milan.
Il Giornale says Suning's talks with the British-based private equity firm are now practically over,.
Suning never budged from their €1bn valuation for Inter while BC Partners were only ever willing to offer €750m to buy the club.
Both parties remained rigid in their initial positions and have therefore never been close to agreeing a price for a deal.
Suning are now exploring the possibility of a loan, the report continued, which would enable them to remain Inter's owners.
