Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback expects the Premier League's promoted clubs to make a positive impact.
Colback reckons Swansea City, Norwich City and QPR can mix it with the English game's elite in 2011-12.
"Clubs have come up and done very well - the three who came up last year all did well, even though Blackpool ended up going down," he told safc.com.
"Teams are coming up with belief that they can stay up now and are playing the same style of football they played in the Championship.
"Maybe in the past teams used to change what they do, but not any more.
"All the teams coming up are good footballing teams and they'll have as a good a chance as anyone."
