Sunderland will play Wycombe for a place in the English Championship.

The two clubs are through to the League One play-off final.

Wycombe had managed to get through over the weekend, while Sunderland managed a 1-1 draw in their second leg against Sheffield Wednesday to progress 2-1 on aggregate.

The game was a tense affair for both sides, with Wednesday eventually taking the lead in the 74th minute through Lee Gregory.

While Sunderland were made to sweat, they progressed thanks to a 93rd minute equaliser from Patrick Roberts.
