Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe has no regrets over his time in MLS.

Defoe says he enjoyed his time with Toronto FC.

"When I was over there I really enjoyed it. But the only thing I missed was the Premier League. I missed the buzz of scoring goals in the Premier League.

"The intensity of the games, the fans, I just missed everything about the league and that's the main reason why I decided to come back."
